Ka-La-Na is a pleasure garden, the largest and most beautiful in SL today. While we carry a strong gorean undertone and are a GM enabled SIM, we are also roleplay optional. This is another rarity in SL Gor, we are entirely Roleplay Optional which means you can enjoy it In Character or OOC at your whim.

Lovers PlayGround NOTICE to our members

We wanted to inform you all who are new to Lovers PlayGround or unaware of some of our newest items/features and member benefits, just what comes with membership in Lovers PlayGround group.

1) UPGRADES: As members you can upgrade your rug/bed or spa at any time. No need to be stuck with the same bed etc when new ones come out that you want. You simply contact a member of management, let then know the name of the item you have (bed name etc) and the name of the item you want to upgrade to and they will help. You pay ONLY the price difference on the model you have ( current floor price) and the new model, so here is an example:

You have the 676 Crown Goth and want the 1341 Crown Morpheus

Your bed is valued at 6760 and the new one is 13410L= you pay 6650. Trade your bed in and we send you the new model and ALL items included with it.

It is that simple. Upgrades are rug for rug bed for bed etc.

Most of our beds and rugs now come with multiple engines, a feature ONLY found at Lovers PlayGround. This allows us to push the limitations set by Linden Lab. Other creators bed menus ONLY allow, due to LL memory limits in scripts, up to 350 or so animations in ONE item, our system, the Hybrid system is exclussive to LP and allows us to let the engines talk to one another, so we can have a GG engine, Fettish engine, and BG engine etc ALL IN ONE BED. Others SIMPLY CAN NOT DO THIS. So dont be fooled by places telling you they have 1250 animations in a bed, its not possible without a multi engine system, which is as far as we know ( and yes we check) is ONLY FOUND AT LOVERS PLAYGROUND.

USING MULTIPLE ENGINE BEDS:

There are multiple engines all acessable thru the HOME button.

Need a rustic style bed? How about a goth frame? Or even a romantic canopy bed?

Our ALL NEW Morphing ( Morpheus) beds now come with anwhere from 10 to 35 bed frames INCLUDED FOR FREE in the rezzables/props menu.  SO now you can change not only the textures on your bed, but also the style of the bed itself at ANY TIME. Love modern beds? How about fairy tale beds? Try out the rezzables/props in the shop and see what each bed has.

REZZABLES/PROPS MENU: Frames, headboards, nightstands fireplaces, etc are in this menu

This means your bed is now a bedroom, it will have nightstands, dresser, fireplace, candles and much more. All found in the props/rezzables menu. You can choose NOT to rez them if you are low on prims.

If this item comes with a rezzable/props menu it is accesable from every engine. To rearange the items you can move the bed base and the items will follow OR you can move the props individually. All props are COPIABLE so if you delete by accident simply choose the prop again in the rezzable/prop menu.

Want a bed in RED or GREEN or all WHITE?

Lovers PlayGround has an exclusive texture color change system with 1000's of textures to choose from on almost every item we sell. If you see a box in front of the bed that has multiple colors on it, touch it, it will rez a hud that will allow you to try out the textures on the bed/ rug or spa. You can use the hud delivered to you at the time of purchase to CHANGE YOUR TEXTURES/COLORS ANY TIME you like. SO if you like goth now, make it look goth, then if later you want to change to beachy, simply wear the hud and change the textures and use the props to change the frames in any morphing style bed.

TEXTURE/COLOR CHANGE:

To add additonal color click on the color wheel (owner only) color balls will rez and you can add more color to the texture (IE: make them more red if you want them a diff shade)

To retexture or color the bed parts or frames use the texture hud that comes with the bed.􀀂

You have probably been wondering what we've been up to these last few months. Yes, things have been very quiet as

 Ilana and Chloe have been working furiously on new scripts. We've avoided releasing new items until we knew things

 worked, and worked right. Now, we have the first wave of updated toys!

We call the new version V500. Some of the features:

    1. New menus

    2. Autograbber - turns ALL of our toys into a trapping toy! Once set, it can reach out and grab random

        passers by,  lock them on, make them deaf, mute,  block IMs, or any combination of the above.

    3. Super fast Chameleon system - one script changes textures in all of the prims on a device!

    4. Amazingly low lag! The lowest lag scripted BDSM devices in SL!

As we go, eventually all of our items will be updated to the V500 menu system. For now, these are the pieces in the first

of the instructions right from your toy!

If you need to get one of your items updated, follow our update procedure. PLEASE follow them carefully, as we expect

 hundreds of update requests over the new few weeks, and will end up losing your items if the directions aren't followed:

    1. Place your item into a folder (if you have more than one, place them all in one folder.

    2. Rename the folder TK Exchange for <Your Name Here>

        IMPORTANT!! Make sure you follow this step exactly or your folder will be lost forever!!

        (hehe, I've seen her inventories, she's not kidding - Ilana)

    3. Make a new notecard titled TK Exchange for <Your Name Here>. In the notecard, include the following:

        Your full SL name

        The day(s)/time(s) you are usually online

        The items your are sending back for an exchange

    4. Send the notecard to Lyssa Daehlie ONLY!! DO NOT send it to anyone else!!

            This is important in order to make sure if something happens to your folder, we have some sort of

            reference to go by.

    5. Send the folder containing the item(s) for exchange to one of the following people:

        Lyssa Daehlie

        Tahni Tarantal

        Chloe1982 Constantine

        Serenity Beaumont (not online much, so only send them to her as a last resort)

    6. Once we verify the folder and it's contents, we will send your exchange to you. Normally this is within

        24 hours. If you don't receive your update within 72 hours, send a notecard to Lyssa Daehlie,

        and she will investigate it for you.

    7. Copy/ No Transfer items will be available in the main store from the redelivery terminals starting June 9, 2010.

If you have questions about how to do any of the above, send an IM to Lyssa Daehlie (no notecards, as she can answer

 IMs through her email if she is offline), and she can talk you through the process.

We will be adding items, both updated and new designs on a regular basis now, so watch for them as we go forward.
