We are an institution established for the purpose of providing quality training to both Dominants and Submissives/Slaves in the art and lifestyle of Domination and Submission (D/s). Training is conducted by a staff of selected Dominants and Submissives who bring a broad range of experience and perspectives to our students, including both SLs D/s community and real life experience.

The University of Submission & Dominance (“UOS&D”) is an incarnation of the original school founded in 2006 which started off focused primarily on submissive training. We are working continually to expand and improve our classes and add topics of interest and value to the Second Life D/s community. Training can be tailored to particular needs, or the full suite of classes will provide any beginner to the lifestyle with a foundation that can support the development of healthy and enduring relationships.

We have two curricula: Our Submissives and Slaves series is meant for both the novice and experienced, who wish to expand their understanding of the lifestyle and various skills, techniques and philosophies necessary to develop healthy and lasting D/s relationships within Second Life. Our Dominant curriculum is for those who wish to expand their knowledge of the philosophies and practical considerations of developing and fostering these unique and special relationships. Suggestions for new topics are always welcome, and our current class list may be found on the large display board.

We maintain an "extended family" of active and former students. Our graduates are always welcome on campus to relax, enjoy and spend time together with current students and new prospects. The entire SIM is a "Safe Haven" for all and no form of intolerance or harassment is permitted.

The UOS&D is not a role play fantasy of a BDSM-themed school, but is truly an informative institution. We expect students to attend classes of both series with a desire to learn, discuss and grow. If you wish to broaden your knowledge of D/s and BDSM principles, terminology and philosophies, you've come to the right place. Our school is known within Second Life as an institution that prides itself on the quality and knowledge of its graduates and their bright paths in the months and years following completion of their education.

We also offer slave and submissive sales and rentals.  Please speak to a University employee for details. You are welcome to explore and look around the entire campus.  Several vendors for various clothing and BDSM equipment are available in our mall.
