Hi all, this is the first in-world issue of the BDSM News. We have been doing a Newsletter in RL for 6 years now, so this should be great fun. Normally in this area you will find Featured News; it can be about new In-World places, events or changes that will impact the BDSM community. Seeing we are new to SL, I will take the time to introduce myself and tell you about our idea..

I would like to introduce myself.

I am Batista. I own two very popular websites called EPEDominion.com and BDSMNews.info. These sites have been online since 2002 and are some of the best resources for BDSM and Lifestyle event information on the web. We do not get involved in group politics. All clubs and groups are welcome to use our service.

We are taking this idea to SL, and have opened a mature area where we have a BDSM News Information Center. Also we have a place for new members to join SL via our API, we have an Orientation Center and Alternative Lifestyle area with a small lounge, dungeon and play area, meeting facility, and small vendor area. In our Information Center, we will have a full event calendar where any groups or clubs, etc. can post their events. Just like the RL calendar, the promoter can at any time post their own events. The calendar code is also available for anyone to use to post a calendar in their area. This is a free service, and we will also be doing event reviews and write-ups on the local Lifestyle areas for the SL part of our website and the BDSM News. We also will offer to post a sign with a landmark, free gift note card, etc. to your area in our Information Center for a cross link of our sign or our Newsstand in your area. Signs should be no more than 2 prim. Our hope is that new people and existing SL members will find our resources a good way to locate fine quality Lifestyle areas and events in SL.

Our sign will give your customer a note card, free EPEDominion T-shirt and a Landmark to our area. Also, we have a BDSM News newsstand that will serve an updated edition of our Newsletter.

Our Lifestyle area is on land owned by The Batistaville Group, and in front of our area there is a biker friendly area called BikerParties run by the BikerParties Group and NorTonJohn Hellman. As there is quite a crossover with many Bikers and Kink, we see no problems with this.
